Spice Rub Pork Chops

2 teaspoons chile powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Makes 1/4 cup

I light the thin porkchops cause they cook faster & are usually a lot leaner, cover both sides with the rub


Eat & enjoy! This would be great on chicken too.
